Dr. Ronni Farris has spent her career caring for Oklahoma women — not just as a physician, but as a neighbor, a mother, a wife, and a fellow woman navigating many of the same seasons of life as her patients. Born and raised in Oklahoma, she chose to build her practice in Norman, investing her expertise in the community that shaped her. As a board-certified OB-GYN, certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine and The Menopause Society, Dr. Farris’ work is grounded in evidence-based science and clinical integrity. Her experience spans obstetrics, reproductive health, metabolic medicine, perimenopause, and postmenopausal care. But, beyond diagnoses and treatment plans, she began noticing a consistent pattern among the women she served. Women were doing their best to piece together answers — between work, caregiving, and the demands of daily life. Many were told their labs were “normal,” yet they still felt off. What was missing wasn’t effort. It was context. It was time. It was clear, research-backed explanation delivered in a way that felt approachable and respectful. She believed the women of this state deserved better. Not more noise, but better information. Not trends, but science. Not dismissal but understanding. The Oklahoma Women’s Health Collective was built on that conviction — that women in our own communities deserve access to accurate, evidence-based education delivered locally, by professionals who understand the landscape of care here. Every resource, partnership, and initiative within the Collective is guided by Dr. Farris’ commitment to scientific rigor and a deep belief in raising the standard of women’s health education across Oklahoma.
