The Women Leading the Collective

The Collective was built by women who understand both the clinical side of care and the lived experience of navigating it. What started as conversation became commitment — a shared mission to elevate women’s health education and create the space they once needed.

Dr. Ronni Farris
Co-Founder
Dr. Ronni Farris has spent her career caring for Oklahoma women — not just as a physician, but as a neighbor, a mother, a wife, and a fellow woman navigating many of the same seasons of life as her patients.
Born and raised in Oklahoma, she chose to build her practice in Norman, investing her expertise in the community that shaped her.
As a board-certified OB-GYN, certified by the American Board of Obesity Medicine and The Menopause Society, Dr. Farris’ work is grounded in evidence-based science and clinical integrity. Her experience spans obstetrics, reproductive health, metabolic medicine, perimenopause, and postmenopausal care.
But, beyond diagnoses and treatment plans, she began noticing a consistent pattern among the women she served. Women were doing their best to piece together answers — between work, caregiving, and the demands of daily life.
Many were told their labs were “normal,” yet they still felt off. What was missing wasn’t effort. It was context. It was time. It was clear, research-backed explanation delivered in a way that felt approachable and respectful.
She believed the women of this state deserved better. Not more noise, but better information. Not trends, but science. Not dismissal but understanding.
The Oklahoma Women’s Health Collective was built on that conviction — that women in our own communities deserve access to accurate, evidence-based education delivered locally, by professionals who understand the landscape of care here.
Every resource, partnership, and initiative within the Collective is guided by Dr. Farris’ commitment to scientific rigor and a deep belief in raising the standard of women’s health education across Oklahoma.
When clinical expertise is paired with approachable education, women lead their health decisions with confidence.
And when Oklahoma women are informed and united, the standard is raised for everyone

Stephanie Holsted
Co-Founder
With roots in both marketing and social services, Stephanie has long been drawn to work centered on people and connection — but it was her own lived experience that ultimately anchored her role within The Oklahoma Women’s Health Collective.
Her career has been shaped by communication, community-building, and a deep commitment to helping people feel seen and understood. But her passion for women’s health became personal when she faced medical questions of her own. During her high-risk twin pregnancy, she met Dr. Ronni Farris — not just as a physician, but as a steady guide during a vulnerable and uncertain season.
From that experience, a deeper conversation emerged.
They quickly recognized a shared belief: women deserve clarity, respect, and spaces where their questions matter. Stephanie knows how isolating medical uncertainty can feel — and how impactful it is when a provider takes the time to guide, explain, and empower.
Drawing from her background, Stephanie helps shape the Collective’s voice, strategy, and community presence — ensuring that education feels approachable, elevated, and accessible both in-person and online.
She believes the most powerful moments happen when information turns into connection.
To Stephanie, clarity is transformative. When women have access to credible information and meaningful support, they begin to trust their instincts — and advocate for themselves with confidence and conviction.
For her, the Collective is more than an initiative. It’s the space she once wished existed — and the one she is committed to building for women across Oklahoma who are ready for honest conversation, accessible education, and a higher standard of care.
